To all of our Siide users:

It is a bitter sweet day today.  I wanted to let all of you know we’ll be shutting down Siide.com around July 15^th, about one month from today.  It was a long and enjoyable road, but in the end we just didn’t get the traction we needed to continue.

Learn is a one-to-many live-stream internet classroom where experts teach specific topics to groups of 5 to 20 people.  Classes are designed to be short, informational and focused on giving students a rapid understanding of the topic.  Why sit through a 2 hour or two day class when you can Learn more in less time using Siide.com?  Learn anything from anywhere.

Siide.com, Inc. is looking for a smart motivated individual to join our team  Hours and work times are flexible; but this is a full time position located at  at our 3rd Ward office. You will be part of a two person development team so expect to wear many hats.

The snow has melted, the weather is warmer, and our allergies are hitting us like a Tyson uppercut.  Besides that last one, this is a great thing for the Siide job market.  With more people willing to go outside and do things, and with the extra sunlight from daylights savings, there’s even more opportunity to make extra money and get stuff done.

Siide.com, Inc. is looking for a smart motivated individual to join our team for the summer. Hours and work times are flexible; but expect to work about 15-25 hours per week.  Duties will include; contributing to our Twitter, Facebook and Blog as well as proofing emails, contributing to other marketing and office tasks which may include listing Siide postings on Craig’s List, doing competitive research and who knows, maybe even taking out the trash on occasion.

It’s Monday and we’re hoping you’ll take a few minutes between catching up on email and getting that 2^nd cup of coffee to help us improve Siide by taking our short survey.  Our team will be cranking out some new features and site enhancements over the coming week and we’d love to know what you think and which features are most important to you.

 How it works. 

Once you post your skill or job, you’ll get a popup window that allows you to tweet, post to Facebook, email or create a link to your listing all from one window.

We took advantage of the long weekend to fix a browser compatibility bug; you can now use Internet Explorer 8 (IE8).  While Google Chrome is still our recommended browser you can rest assured Siide.com will still look sharp in IE8.   We’ve also changed

Whether you’ve got mad skills or just some extra time to offer, Siide is now letting you make money in a whole new way. Using the new Skills feature, you can now post jobs and tasks you’re willing to do for others

Everyone has skills beyond the ones they use to make a living. Call them hobbies or freelance gigs. We now call them skills you can list on Siide. As part of our continuing evolution to help offer you more ways to market yourself and stuff you need done, we’ve added an all-new feature to Siide.
