Hey Siiders!  Today we have a guest post from fellow Milwaukeean Jon Hainstock of Tailwind Creative.  Jon is an expert in self-employment, and has made his own way in a variety of capacities, from music to backrubs and from photography to marketing.  Chances are, if it exists and Jon likes it,  he’s turned his passion for it into paying employment.  For those of us looking for odd jobs, Jon is a master of both finding and creating them.  If you’re looking for a little inspiration to start your own source of employment, Jon has some stories for you:
